The Power Glaze polyurethane resin enhance the appearance of nameplates labels and decals made in Abs, Vinyl, Polyester, Polystyrene, Polycarbonate, Aluminum and  other materials used in graphics industry.   A 3D lense effect is created using the two component transparent polyurethane coating.

All resins have their own unique hardeners. Because of the nature of the resin and hardener it must me mixed with the Power Glaze mixing unit. Working time is approximately half an hour.
 
When dispensed with the automatic or manual dispenser units onto the decal or nameplate, the polyurethane resin will flow to the edge, stop, and self-level, producing a high gloss finishing. The doming resin are 100% reactive systems and do not contain solvents.

The finished product does not need heat to cure although heat will accelerate the process. This can be done with the Power Glaze Oven unit.

Power Glaze Resins come in three different grades -
- T823 is the softest resin and is suitable for labels and vinyl scripting
- T825 is a medium resin suitable for textiles and larger decals
- T826 is a hard resin suitable for automotive and marine

Using the colour kit the resin can be tinted in a variety of colours. Also available are glitter kits in either gold or silver.

Power Glaze Mixer mixer pump features and functions:
- Mixes between two ounces (gr. 60) and 14 ounces (gr. 400) of polyurethane within five minutes.
- The mixing cycle automatically stops, alerting the operator that the resin is ready for doming with our dispensers.
- Mixes the polyurethane in an inexpensive disposable container.
- Easy to use, with no maintenance cost
