The major strengths of DigiTEX are flexibility, ultra soft finish, thin but exceptionally durable, even tough enough for rugby or football jerseys.
Full color images can be printed with eco solvent inkjet printers, for best washability it is recommended that DigiTEX eco ink be used.
It works perfectly with a wide range of fabrics, such as 100% cotton blend, nylon, lycra, silk, linen, polyester, canvas, leather, terylene, brocade, PU, etc. Due to its versatility it is suitable for applications such as T-shirts, business shirts, uniforms, school wear, sports wear (rugby jersey, football jersey, swim wear, etc.) to towels, suitcases, footwear and a variety applications can be done at ease and in no time.

How To
DigiTEX comes in two roll set at 750 mm roll width and is 30 metres long. The DigiTEX roll is for direct solvent printing and the DigiTEX Transfer is for transferring to a garment.
1. The DigiTEX is printed. Once dried it is then cut and weeded.
2. The DigiTEX Transfer i s then applied either by hand or using a laminator. The DigiTEX Transfer protect the print during transfer and also acts as a transfer tape.
3. The
DigiTEX Transfer is the peeled away with the printed job from the backing paper, placed on the garment and heat pressed for the appropriate time.
4. The DigiTEX Transfer leaving the coloured print permanently affixed the the garment or object. |

DigiTEX can be cut IMMEDIATELY where the contour cuts outside printed area at least a couple of millimetres.
For best cutting performance on PRINTED area, wait ink fully DRY before cut. Average10 mins to 30 mins for warm/dry weather, longer for cold/humid areas. |
| Heat Press Timing - (As each fabric is unique, the best result occurs when you see the image has the texture of the fabric. The following examples are for general reference only. It is recommend that customers do testing for optimium timing prior to commencing mass production. |
| General thickness fabrics - such as cotton, nlyon, leather |
160 C for 10-13 Sec.
Peel off TRANSER then press for another 5 Sec. |
| Thick fabrics - such as jeans, canvass |
160 C for 12-18 Sec.
Peel off TRANSER then press for another 10 Sec. |
| Thin fabics - such as lycra, silks, environmental bags |
160 C for 3-5 Sec.
Release for cooling for 5 sec.
Peel off TRANSER then press for another 5 Sec. |
Heat Press Tips -
Matt finish - For a more matt finish use longer pressing time or more pressing cycles.
Cotton, NOT Teflon - Use WHITE and NO texture cotton. This protects the fabric and more importantly seperatse the heat evenly throughout the whole image for the best result. |
