The PromaPRINT PU Solvent is specially developed to allow full colour images and designs to be produced with Solvent, Eco-Solvent based inks and cutting systems. It is a high opacity thin material, incredibly soft to touch and comes with a polyester backing. It is suitable for dark and light coloured textiles such as cotton, polyester and non coated fabrics.

The Mimaki Print and Cut packages are ideal for this product.

Depending on the procedure followed you can obtain either a matt or gloss finish.
PromaPrint is washing resistant up to 60° C.

PromaPrint is suitable for putting all designs and images on clothing, sportswear and fabric. The following is an example of the process.
1. Print the PromaPrint Flex with a eco-solvent or solvent printer such as the Mimaki JV3 and JV5. Any brand of this class of printer can be used.
Use the same printing profiles as for polymer vinyl. Set the printing resolution and speed (number of PASSES) according to the level of details that you wish to obtain.

2. The printed media is then placed in a cutter with Automatic registration mark sensing such as the Mimaki CG FX or SR series. The Mimaki FineCut software runs from within Corel Draw or Illustrator on the Mac or PC. It is provided free with the cutter so you do not have buy any expensive sign software to drive it.

3. Weed the cut sticker from the backing.

4. Place the transfer on shirt in the desired position.
With the Flex you can have a gloss or mat finish. For a mat finish place a piece of 80 gsm paper over the image area.
For a gloss finish place a piece of PromaPrint backing over the image face side down.
With the Flock use a piece of paper.

5. Press according to the times above. Wait for the item to cool fully before removing the paper or clear backing.
