The Mimaki CG60 series consist of two high quality affordable vinyl cutting plotters. They boast ease of use, high precision and come with software to allow them to be driven directly by a PC or Mac computer.



The CG60ST utilises Mimaki's precise servo-technology. It delivers speed, accuracy, quality cutting and very affordable.		The CG60SR utilises Mimaki's precise servo-technology. It has continuous Registration Mark detection and Mimaki's Half Cut function.

Registration Mark Detection, Half Cut.
Convenient continuous crop mark detection to cut printed media.
Registration marks of the printed matter are detected continuously. Contour cutting of complex shape is made by detecting a maximum of 4 points. This enables high accuracy cutting while adjusting for distortion caused at the time of printing and laminating. Built in light pointer enables positioning over crop marks very easy. Nested images in both X and Y axis can be cut aligning each image automatically.
Contour cutting of various media can be performed with our own dotted line cutting function
With patented Half Cut or dotted line cutting (similar to die-cutting), the backing sheet can be cut leaving the little half-cut connecting points, which can be easily detached when necessary. Various media without backing sheet can be cut.
Purpose-designed POP and stickers can be made with attached
Simple and convenient [SimpleCut] for office and home use. Import data from MS-Word! Convert the scanner data to outline! Various symbols (clip art) are available.
[FineCut7] is used to utilise 100% of the advanced functions of CG-60SR. This is Plug-in cutting software compatible with Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw. Capable of high-level cutting needs such as contour cut, creating cut data from image data, or division cutting of long media and setting of overlap space with tiling function.
Cutting is made simply and beautifully with various functions.
Selectable clamp pressures with high and low settings. Selecting High prevents slipping of media during long cutting jobs, whilst the low setting prevents the rollers from damaging delicate media. Three jog speeds (selectable) ensures proper and easy positioning of the head to the cutting point Roll sheet holder with stopper ensures the material is set correctly. This enables highly accurate long sheet cutting to be made. Special adaptor to use commercially available pens, manual sheet cutter and USB interface are included.

Affordable Cutting Plotter

Mimaki's precise servo-technology is utilized in the affordable CG60st. The speed, accuracy and quality cutting demanded by sign makers are now available at less cost.

User-Friendly Functions and Various Application

The CG-60st offers user friendly functions. The multi-copy function is simple to use and can be set to produce up to 999 copies of the same data. The built-in 2MB receiver buffer frees the computer quickly for the next job. Data larger than the effective cutting area can be panelled by the plotter and overlaps created. The mount sheet receiver provides accurate tracking of materials. The supported expanded mode allows the plotter to cut effectively up to a maximum of 606mm (24") wide. The wider range of down pressure from 10g to 300g is for cutting various materials precisely.

Easier Operation

The Multi-language LCD panel allows you to quickly select a desired function. The test cut function is used to set up and check cutting condition before starting a job. A Windows driver is provided and enables output from leading drawing soft (eg Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator). Tools storage is available.

STOP PRESS - Included with the Mimaki CG60st cutter is the Mimaki FineCut software. This allows cutting control directly from graphic applications such as Corel Draw or Illustrator.

*1:	Maximum sheet feeding length differs depending on the software.

*2:	Engineering type reflective sheet is maybe cut with the SPB-0006 blade and fluorescent sheet with SPB-0007 blade. Both these blades are optional items.

*3:	A normal ball-point pen on the market can be used with standard pen holder. Pens with 8mm-9mm diameter are acceptable. Drawing quality may also vary depending on the pen.
