Variable Dot System for natural and beautiful images, even at high
speeds or low resolutions.
| Variable Dot technology utilises three different sized of dots, corresponding to density, to enable full coverage from highlights to shadows and a rich range of colour graduations. A four colour printer using variable dot technology can produce the same quality as a six colour printer without variable dot technology. Natural and beautiful images are also achieved at low resolution for large scale signage. |
Utilises a high-speed four-head system. Max print speed 30m2 per hour.
| The JV22 utilises four high-speed heads. Each head houses 360 nozzles (2 x banks of 180 nozzles) and is fed by two cartridges - one cartridge for each bank. This doubles the ink supply and the print speed allowing the printer to print up to 30m2 per hour in four colour mode. |
Automatic take-up device enables unattended operation.

Six types of ink can be used.
Aqueous pigment ink [Pigcm/OG]: |
A pigment-based ink that has good weather resistance.
This type of ink is most suitable for outdoor prints.
A four-colour set (black, cyan, magenta, yellow), six-colour set (black, cyan, magenta, yellow, (light cyan, light magenta or orange, green)) or all eight colours is available. |
Aqueous dye ink [Dye]: |
A dye-based ink that has weather resistance, but is inferior to aqueous pigment ink.
A four-colour set (black, cyan, magenta, yellow) and a six-colour set (black, cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan, light magenta) is available. |
Sublimation dye ink [Sub]: |
A disperse dye-based ink is used to transfer an image plotted on transfer media to another media.
A four-colour set (black, cyan, magenta, yellow) and a six-colour set (black, cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan, light magenta) is available. |
Textile pigment ink [TPig]: |
A pigment-based ink. Print on fabric directly. For staining on fabric, a heat press is required after printing. This ink is easy to handle and suitable for printing on T-shirts.
A four-colour set (black, cyan, magenta, yellow) is available. |
Reactive dye ink [Reac]: |
This ink stains the fabric by alkaline solution and their is a chemical reaction. For staining the fabric, a heat press is required after printing. This type of ink is suitable for printing on fabric such as cotton, hemp and rayon.
An eight-colour set of eleven colours (black, cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan, light magenta, gray, blue, orange, red, golden yellow) is available. |

This ink is fixed to the fabric by high-temperature steam after printing. This type of ink is suitable for printing on fabric such as wool, silk and nylon.
