New High Quality Standard In addition to the maximum output resolution of 1,440dpi, the JV3 Series is equipped with variable dot technology which uses three different dot sizes for best colour results and smooth gradients. This technology provides high image quality even at lower resolution print modes. The JV3 makes it possible to provide excellent print quality with all print modes. New Solvent Ink Newly developed Mimaki JV3 Quick Dry Solvent Ink adheres to inexpensive uncoated media, such as PVC (with or w/o adhesive), Vinyl Banners and FF. This new solvent ink is supplied in safe handling, reliable and easy maintenance ink cartridges that allows for rapid ink exchanges with no mess. (Nozzles are automatically kept clean 24 hours per day using the JV3 Auto Cleaning System.) Automatic Take-up Device An Automatic Take-up Device is included as standard equipment. The combination of adjustable media tension and the JV3 Quick-Dry Solvent Ink allows for round-the-clock operation. This saves labour costs and allows for continuous, unattended printing.		Intelligent Heating System Automatic setting of optimum heating temperature for media Intelligent heating system automatically sets optimum media heating temperatures specified in the software RIP media profile settings. It's possible to control both heaters individually in Raster Link Pro. (See heater illustration below.) Intelligent heater control mechanisms This system controls heaters according to the condition of plotter-stand-by mode, save mode, power-off and also adjusts and corrects temperatures automatically, based on the ambient temperature.
			4 Head in SP Series
		4 Piezo electric heads create print quality up to 1440dpi at twice the speed of the JV3-160s. 8 booths for ink cartridges are available with 4 colour printing or 6 colour printing. (4 colour C, M, Y, K x 2cartridges) (6 colour + Washing liquid x 2)
			2 Head in SL Series
		One inch wide print heads use 180 nozzles per color. (4 colour C, M, Y, K x 1 cartridges)
			Mimaki's proprietary ultra-high precision ink firing control technology.
		With Mimaki's ingenious head controlling technology, the firing timing can be finely adjusted for each colour. Overwhelmingly high imaging quality is achieved through a dramatic improvement in the precision of dot placement.
